Original Paintings - please allow 5 business for me to sign and varnish your piece and prepare it for safe shipping.  

Unframed prints - please allow 5-7 days for shipping as your print is created to order. 

Framed prints - Please get in touch if you would like me to frame your print. I can also recommend ready-made frames or advise on framing if you choose to work with your local framer. 

All U.S. and Canada print orders will be fulfilled by a North American fine art print company (thereby incurring no customs duties or taxes). 

Please allow 5-7 days for unframed U.S. prints. I can’t offer framing at the moment but can help with ideas and recommendations.

Packaging 

Originals 

I aim to reuse and recycle cardboard packaging as much as possible, but the safe delivery of your painting is of the utmost importance, so my ideal goal needs to be flexible!  Corner protectors will be used and I will reuse bubble wrap or something more eco.  

Prints 

Prints come packaged plastic free, rolled in a sturdy tube. If you require your print to be mounted or framed I may be able to arrange this. Please get in touch. 

Prints on canvas are produced by a specialist company using archival Giclee inks on cotton canvas stretched over European knotless pine frame.  

My prints on fine art paper are produced by specialist print company. Each painting has been scanned, photographed and carefully colour matched.  Prints are Giclee prints made using archival inks on a 310 g Hahnemuhle German Etching Paper, guaranteed to last over 100 years. 

Original Art 

I am confident that you will be delighted with your new painting but if it’s not what you’d imagined then originals can, of course, be returned. Please do get in touch first. 

Prints 

Prints are custom printed especially for you and therefore can't be returned.  

In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I will arrange a replacement for you.
